Hi everyone.
I'm still around , just haven't been around here.
As my loyal followers may remember , I had a few of my pieces stolen over the years and it's made me not want to be very creative ..
In fact , it stopped me from being creative all together. No manipulating , no photography , no digital painting... Nothing.
Until recently.
I'm starting to feel the mood arise again ..
Other than contemplating my artistry and muse .... I've been busy being a mother. I have 2 children now instead of one , a boy and a girl :)
Anyhow ... Maybe I'll share my latest deviations ;)

I seem to be a bit everywhere.
Not here as often as I'd like to be , but I haven't had much need to be other than to catch up with a few random friends I don't see anywhere else.
Not on facebook as often either , found my face buried in a book; but not just any book. A SKETCH BOOK :D
I have been spending ridiculous amounts of time drawing and doodling in the pad , making some really cool stuff , the odd bit of bizarre stuff and just plain ol' shit.
I haven't picked up a pencil or pen in AGES ( not the traditional sort anyway.. )
Haven't quite worked out the scanning.
Photographs suck , scanning sucks on a higher scale.

ok , so ... I am sitting hear in the peacefulness whilst my son is at school , accepting and declining photos
for one of the groups I am in. no biggie really ... but all of a sudden , I come across this one piece.
traditional painting and I must say , I am gobsmacked.
I can't seem to stop looking at the image. I've submitted it to someone on dA that deals with the Daily Deviations;
I really hope that it's accepted as one , it is worthy of one and definitely has a lot of potential.
I am drawn most to the eyes , they smile and are very warm. It has a lot of personality and character.
